Over 859 tons of paint and varnish were produced in Azerbaijan in January 2020, which is 1.6 times more compared to January 2019, Trend reports referring to the country's State Statistics Committee.
Azerbaijan produced 10,800 tons of propylene in January 2020, which is 11.1 percent compared to January 2019.
Some 12,800 tons of ethylene were produced in the country in January 2020 which indicates an increase of 4 percent compared to January 2019.
Growth was observed during January 2020 in the production of most of the main types of chemical products in Azerbaijan.
