The creation of a unified production control center at Fergana Oil Refinery (FOR) in Uzbekistan is another important stage in the transformation of the plant's business in the processing, logistics and sales segment, Trend reports referring the press service of Fergana Oil Refinery.

Organizational and technological transformations carried out at Fergana Oil Refinery LLC, under the trust management of Jizzakh Petroleum JV LLC in Uzbekistan, will affect all spheres of its activities, and the new management link will be a single production control center, whose task is to increase the speed and efficiency of decision-making.

Along with technical modernization, the enterprise faces an important task of creating the most efficient production, through the formation of digital models of control and decision-making.

With the implementation of this project, the data transfer rate of the plant's information network will increase from 2 Mbit/s to 1 Gbit/s and will provide full coverage of its territory.

This modern network will make it possible to introduce automation of the management of technological and administrative processes, and, automation of accounting for raw materials and finished products to collect information on a common server with further distribution to various services.

The video surveillance system will also be updated and expanded, which will allow strengthening video control over production processes and security of the plant's territory.

In addition, the plant is introducing an access control and management system one of the advantages of which is the identification of a person who has access to the plant.

The process of establishing IP telephony for workers has begun. This is a new technology for organizing telephone communication, which provides reliable communication, easy scalability, which will also increase the efficiency of the plant workers.

The introduction of video conferencing tools will also have a positive effect on labor productivity.

Aiming to improve the working process and working conditions, the replacement of obsolete computers and other office equipment to more powerful ones with modern software began. At the moment, 113 sets of modern computer equipment have been purchased and distributed among departments and employees.

LED screens have also found their practical application at the Fergana Oil Refinery. Thus, at the entrance to the territory of the plant, LED screen was installed, and in the near future a second one will be installed at the bus stop of the enterprise.

Through this information resource the plant workers are provided with information necessary for life and production activities, including those related to the prevention and fight against the spread of coronavirus.
