Progress on Aman Oil Pumping Station construction in Kazakhstan revealed

Installation of technological pipelines and equipment within the Aman Oil Pumping Station construction is to be completed by the end of September, Trend reports with reference to KazTransOil.

The project for the construction of the Aman Oil Pumping Station is being implemented within the framework of KazTransOil’s ‘First stage of the reverse section of the Kenkiyak-Atyrau pipeline’ project.

Following the installation completion hydraulic tests of technological pipelines will be carried out. From October 1, work will begin on the installation of centrifugal pumps under the supervision of a representative of the Ruhrpumpen manufacturer plant (Germany).

Kenkiyak-Atyrau Oil Pipeline Reverse Project is part of the Kazakhstan-China pipeline project.

Participants of the Kazakhstan-China Project are KazTransOil JSC, MunayTas LLP (51 percent of the shares belong to KazTransOil JSC) and Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP (50 percent of the shares belong to KazTransOil JSC), each of which is the owner of the corresponding section of the Kazakhstan-China Oil Pipeline.

KazTransOil is Kazakhstan’s largest oil pipeline company, which provides services on oil transportation on the domestic market and for export.

The company is an owner of the largest network of main oil pipelines and water lines in the country, the total length of which amounts to 5,376 km of oil pipelines and 1,975 km of water pipeline.
