Azerbaijan imported 2,142 tons of 95 RON Premium gasoline to Iran from January through September 2020, Trend reports with reference to the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee.
The import increased by 2,090 tons compared to the same period of last year.
The import of 95 RON Premium gasoline reached $1.5 million from January through September 2020, which is 1,450 tons more than in the same period of 2019.
The trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Iran amounted to $273.9 million from January through October 2020.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijan exported products worth $34.5 million to Iran.
Iran exported products worth $239.5 million to Azerbaijan from January through October 2020.
In general, Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover amounted to more than $21 billion from January through October 2020, which is 25.7 percent less than in the same period of 2019.
The balance of foreign trade turnover in annual terms decreased by 35.4 percent, but, nevertheless, remained positive, amounting to $3.5 billion.
