Turkmenistan’s Turkmennebit State Concern is working to increase the productivity of oil and gas fields, as well as to search, discover and develop new promising hydrocarbon deposits, and increase the volume of raw material production, said Chairman of Turkmennebit Guichgeldi Baigeldiyev, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenistan’s State News Agency.
Baigeldiyev made the remark during a working meeting held by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The above-mentioned work is aimed at solving the tasks of building the potential of the industry, introducing digital technologies into its structures and attracting foreign capital.
Baigeldiyev also reported on program activities to increase oil production, as well as on the implementation of instructions for the integrated development and manufacturing of innovative methods.
The mechanical repair plant of the Nebitgazburavlayysh trust of Turkmenistan’s Turkmennebit State Concern performed mechanical repair work in the amount of more than 7.9 million Turkmen manat ($2.3 million) in 2020.
Thus, the amount of work performed on the manufacture of spare parts and measuring devices was about 4.1 million manat ($1.2 million).
At the oil and gas enterprises, auxiliary installations were repaired in the amount of 2.5 million manat ($713,553).
The plant is equipped with 150 types of technical equipment and installations that allow performing various works on the manufacture of spare parts, repair, and restoration of equipment, to carry out their installation and adjustment.
At the same time, the plant develops new types of products, introduces modern technologies.
