Iran's Energy Exchange announces products to be on sale on March 16

A number of hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iranian Energy Exchange on March 16, Trend reports citing the Iranian Energy Exchange (IRENEX).

According to the report, the Iranian Pars Petrochemical Company’s pentane plus products will be on sale on the domestic floor.

“The MTBE (methyl tert-butyl ether) product of the Iranian Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company; heavy distillate and raffinate products of Nouri Petrochemical Company; RON-87 and RON-95 gasoline and liquefied gas products of National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company; gas condensate of South Pars Gas Company; light and heavy crude oil products of National Iranian Oil Company will be sold on the international floor,” the report said.

Certain products on IRENEX may become available for sale at a later stage, but they are not listed in the initial release.

According to the report, today on Mar. 15, the Iranian Sepahan Oil Company’s extracts; Tehran Oil Refining Company’s iso recycle, solvent 402, light naphtha products; Tabriz Petrochemical Company’s heavy distillate, liquid nitrogen products; Amir Kabir Petrochemical Company’s heavy distillate; Tabriz Oil Refining Company’s solvent 402; Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company’s industrial liquefied gas; Zagros Petrochemical Company’s methanol; Shiraz Petrochemical Company’s methanol; Persian Gulf Fajr Energy Company’s liquid nitrogen products were sold on the domestic floor.

"Avgas 100LL gasoline, liquefied gas and heavy naphtha products of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company; raffinate 2 product of Shimibaft Petrochemical Company; liquefied gas of Persian Gulf Star Oil Company were sold on the international floor," the IRENEX said.

A total of 52,300 tons of goods worth more than 5.11 trillion rials (about $21.4 million according to the SANA system) were sold on March 15.
