Next Energy company will build a solar power plant in the village of Udabno in the Kakheti region of Georgia, Trend reports referring to the Georgian media.
The said company will cooperate with the Energy Development Fund of Georgia for the construction of solar power plants in the country.
The installed output at the specified facility is 5 megawatts, and the annual output is 7.1 million kWh.
The investment cost of the project is $3.45 million. The Energy Development Fund will own 10 percent of the joint venture, while Next Energy will own 90 percent.
