The production volumes reached 1.4 billion kilowatt-hours at the Turkmen Balkanabat State Power Plant as of the first nine months of 2021, Trend reports referring to "Turkmenistan" newspaper.
The actual production volumes exceeded the planned ones by two percent.
The electricity production increased by more than 300 million kilowatt-hours compared to the corresponding period of last year.
The Balkanabat Power Plant is of great importance from the point of view of meeting Turkmenistan’s energy needs.
