Iran's Energy Exchange announces products to be on sale on January 5

About 29,300 tons of hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iranian Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on January 5, Trend reports citing the IRENEX.

According to the IRENEX, Iranian Bushehr Petrochemical Company’s pentane plus; Pars Petrochemical Company’s pentane plus; Shimibaft Petrochemical Company’s Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE); Abadan Oil Refining Company’s light naphtha products will be on sale on the domestic floor.

“At the same time, MTBE product of Iranian Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company; pyrolysis gasoline of Shazand Petrochemical Company; Raffinate of Bistoon Petrochemical Company; gas condensate of South Pars Gas Company will be sold on the international floor,” the IRENEX said.

Certain products on IRENEX may become available for sale at a later stage, but they are not listed in the initial release.

According to the IRENEX, on Jan. 4, Iranian Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company’s heavy distillate, liquefied gas; Shiraz Oil Refining Company’s iso recycle; Persian Gulf Fajr Energy Company’s liquid nitrogen products were sold on the domestic floor.

Raffinate 2 and MTBE products of the Iranian Shimibaft Petrochemical Company; methanol of Fannavaran Petrochemical Company were sold on the international floor.

A total of 19,800 tons of goods worth more than 869 billion rials (about $3.17 million according to the SANA system) were sold on Jan. 4.
