BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 15. The suspension of the operation of the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery will not affect the fuel supply to Azerbaijan, Deputy Managing Director of the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery Revamp Project Emil Alkhasli told reporters, Trend reports.
According to him, repair work at the refinery, including equipment refurbishment, fuel tank cleaning, etc., is scheduled to be completed by the end of May 2022.
"The citizens will be provided with diesel fuel and kerosene from our available reserves. Gasoline will also be supplied continuously while manufacturing activities are still underway," Alkhasli added.
