Iran shares data on gasoline exports

BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 4. Iran's gasoline exports amounted to 1.93 million tons worth $731 million, over the last Iranian year (March 21, 2021 through March 20, 2022), as was reflected in the statistics of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPOI), Trend reports.

According to the statistics, the country’s gasoline exports decreased by 75 percent both in terms of value and volume compared to the preceding Iranian year (March 20, 2020 through March 20, 2021).

The share of gasoline in Iran's total exports for the last year was 1.6 percent.

According to the report of the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC), Iran currently produces an average of 95 million liters of gasoline daily.

At present, Iran has the potential to produce 103-105 million liters of gasoline daily.
