The Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) serves as the European segment of the Southern Gas Corridor, playing a crucial role in enhancing Europe's energy security, diversifying its energy sources, and supporting decarbonization initiatives. With a transportation capacity of approximately 10 billion cubic meters of gas annually, the pipeline has the potential to expand to 20 billion cubic meters per year. TAP acts as a reliable source of natural gas, contributing to Europe's access to a new and sustainable energy resource.
