ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, December 9. The enterprises of the oil industry of Turkmenistan exceeded their production figures in the period from January through November of this year, Trend reports.
This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Government of Turkmenistan, Batyr Amanov, at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on December 8 this year.
According to him, within the specified time frame, the state concern Turkmennebit achieved full implementation of the oil supply plan.
Furthermore, Amanov stressed that the planned indicators for the production of gasoline at the enterprises of Turkmenistan were exceeded in the period from January through November this year by 3 percent, diesel fuel - by 2.8 percent, lubricating oils - by 4.5 percent.
Meanwhile, over the past few years, Turkmenistan has witnessed significant growth in its oil refining sector, serving as a pivotal driver of the nation's economic expansion.
Substantial investments and the modernization of manufacturing facilities are driving an upswing in the overall processing capacity of raw materials, leading to heightened productivity.
