Dragon Oil's global reach extends to Turkmenistan

ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, March 1. Dragon Oil, owned by the Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), hopes to implement new developments in many countries, including Turkmenistan, Trend reports.

According to official data, the company is currently determined to achieve our sustainable growth goals by opening up new opportunities around the world, including Turkmenistan, Iraq and Egypt.

Thus, the board of directors of Dragon Oil has developed a strategy for the company to increase production from 160,000 barrels per day currently to 300,000 barrels per day by 2026 by opening up new opportunities.

Furthermore, according to forecasts, the company's revenues will receive a new boost this year due to the recent increase in global crude oil prices to $75 per barrel.

Meanwhile, Dragon Oil recently extended its contract in Turkmenistan, which expires in 2025 for another 10 years for a total of $400 million.
