The Oil and Gas Producing Units (OGPU) being on the balance of Azneft PU under the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan commissioned 48 new wells from January to August, which is for 5 wells more of the planned figure. 42 wells from the indicated were commissioned from drilling, SOCAR told Trend.
8 new wells against 4 planned were commissioned in August.
For the period specified 26 new wells were commissioned by joint enterprises and operating companies working on-shore. From the wells pointed out 14 were commissioned from drilling.
