The Marketing and Economic Transactions Division of the State Oil Company of methanol, SOCAR told Trend.
Interested companies are due to address to the division and pay $200 plus 18% of VAT in order to participate in the tender.
Potential participants are due to present their documents until 17 January 2006, bids - 30 January 2006.
The bids will be unsealed at the Marketing and Economic Transactions Division on 31 January 2006.
