Staff changes took place in the structure of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR). Elshad Nasirov is appointed the SOCAR vice president on marketing and investments, SOCAR told Trend. Earlier he occupied the position of the SOCAR Department on marketing and economic operations.
The SOCAR vice-president on refining became Davud Mammadov, earlier the first deputy director general of the Haydar Aliyev Oil Refinery (former Azerneftyanacag).
Mikail Ismailov is appointed the SOCAR vice president on general issues.
