Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refining Plant (former Azerneftyanajag) under the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) announced tender for purchasing of chemical reagents. The Oil Refinery is going to buy 2500 tons of hydrate of sodium and 1500 tons of sulphate oxide, Trend reports. The winning company will have to provide the plant during 2006.
The deadline for the bidders to send their bids is 1 March 2006. Acceptance of tender bids will be performed till 9 March 2006. Unsealing of bids will be held on 10 March.
During the bids summarizing the companies offering high quality, low costs, favorable delivery terms, having experience and best conditions for payment will be preferred.
