In the course of implementation of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) main export oil pipeline the annual revenues of the Georgian public budget will comprise $62.5m, Trend reports in reference to official website of the Georgian Energy Ministry. Over 40 years total revenues of the Georgian budget made up $2.5bn.
In the first stage 25 million tons of oil will be pumped via the BTC. Starting from 2008-2009 the oil pumping will be increased to 50 million tons of oil. Along with Azeri Light to be lifted in Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli fields, the BTC will also deliver Kazakh Oil. Upon blending different types of oil in the pipe in the Ceyhan port, the crude will be sold in the world markets under the brand of Caspian Blent.
