SOCAR new department on social development, created in February 2006, will host a founding conference of the joint Trade Union committees, the Republican Committee of the oil and gas industry workers Trade Unions told Trend.
The founding conference will take place on April 14 with the SOCAR and the Trade Union committee.
Gorhmaz Huseynov, was appointed as a head of the social development department.
The major aim of the newly created structure- to control the SOCAR social arrangements, social structures (medical facilities, Resorts, kinder gardens etc.) controlled by the company.
