SOCAR to export 60,000 tons of oil via Baku-Novorossiysk port in Jul

In July the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) plans to ship 60,000 tons of Ural from the Novorossiysk port. The SOCAR told Trend that in the subsequent months it is planned to 250,000 tons of oil via the northern route.

However, it will depend on the relationships between the partners in BTC Co and Botas, AIOC and Transneft, the same source underlined.

This year the FEC balance envisages the delivery of 2,011 tons of oil by SOCAR via the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline, though the SOCAR official urges that the export will not reach this figure.

In June Azerbaijan plans to ship 460,000 tons of Ural from the Novorossiysk port. Azerbaijan International Operating company will ship 340,000 tons of oil by three tankers batches, while the SOCAR 120,000 tons of crude.
