Rosneft, a Russian oil company, has some interests in the development of Azerbaijani projects, whereas for the time being the company has not signed any agreement, or memorandum with the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR). Relevant consultations were held with the company, the SOCAR told Trend.
According to the head of Rosneft, Sergey Bogdanchikov, in future in future the company will have joint project with the SOCAR. I hope that such projects will appear in Russia, and perhaps in Azerbaijan, Bogdanchikov said.
Trend reports citing RIA Novosti, he explained the absence of joint projects with lack of Rosnefts funds for victory in the auction on Azerbaijani fields, at the moment when they were held.
