The Prime Minister of Moldova, Vasili Tarlev, said that the tanker has been constructed together with Azerbaijan company and it ensures the access to the Black Sea . Ii is planned to give into exploitation the cargo port in 2007 and passenger port next year. "Thus, we will gain a free access to the Black Sea and it will make us nearer to Azerbaijan and provide an opportunity for the Azerbaijani commodities to be transported to Europe via Moldova," Tarlev said.
