Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr. S. Aliyev/ The introduction of the energy control system involving the electric power networks of 46 districts in the country, by "Azerenerji" JSC, will take place once electricity counters are installed in all areas, a source in the Joint-Stock Company told Trend.
"Azerenerji" is currently working on the system which is essential for the centralization of energy calculation in order to determine the location and volume of any losses that occur, as well as to minimize these problems. All methods and applications from abroad will be studied and applied.
In May, Azerbaijan will launch the introduction of the system to use consumer cards to receive electricity. This system will primarily be applied in Ganja City. The system will allow the consumer to pre-pay for any electricity outlet.
According to "Azerenerji", this up-to-date equipment delivered from Dubai will be assembled and utilized under the management of specialists from China, Japan and South Korea.
