Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Aliyev / According to the information provided by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), the SOCAR Oil and Gas Production Unit, named the 28 May, has produced more than 1,334,000T of oil and 972.2mln cu.m of gas in the first quarter, an increase of 0.7% and 0.3% respectively, from the forecasts.
The key part of the production of the Unit, as well as SOCAR (on its own fields) comes from the Guneshli field. In the first quarter, the Unit held seventeen geological and thirty-three technical measures. Over the reported period, four new wells have been put into operation.
