Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan / Trend corr. E.Mammadov / Sadarak region of Azerbaijan is ready to autumn-winter seasons of 2007-2008, Ibrahim Mammadov, the head of the Executive Administration of Sadarak region, said.
The energy needs of the region situated on the frontier with Armenia, make up 0.5 microwatt in winter months, but technical capacities to distribute energy is 1 microwatt.
Some 28.5mln kilowatt-hour energy by AZN 1,710,500 has been supplied in 2007. Subscribers paid some AZN 766,900 for energy.
The issue concerning gas supply in the region is relevant. Some 5,957 subscribers were supplied with gas. Some 4,106 subscribers have already use gas, which make up 98% 0f population. All citizens of Sadarak region will be supplied with gas by the end of September.
