Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend U.Ismayilova / The Azerbaijani President, Ilham Aliyev, has signed a decree for additional measures to be taken to intensify the socio-economic development of Neftchala District, East Azerbaijan
In accordance with the decree, a total of AZN 1mln will be allocated to Neftchala District Executive Power from the President's reserve fund at the 2007 public budget.
Azerigas, Closed Joint Stock Company (CJSC), together with the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), has been instructed to take necessary steps to improve the natural gas supply to Neftchala District.
The decree will take effect on 29 August.
