Reserve money of Kazakhstan up by over 10%

As at the end of July 2019, the value of reserve money of Kazakhstan amounted to 7.078 trillion tenge, which is 11.5 percent more that in June and 6.4 percent more than in the beginning of the year, Trend reports with reference to the data of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.

“Furthermore, the narrow reserve money equaled to 6.132 trillion tenge with an increase of 17 percent since June and of 2.3 percent since the beginning of the year,” the report said.

“In turn, the value of currency in circulation stood at 2.236 trillion tenge, which is an increase by 0.2 percent since June and a decrease by 1.1 percent since the beginning of the year,” the statement said.

M1 money aggregate increased by 1.4 percent since June and amounted to 5.586 trillion tenge, whereas the M2 money aggregate increased by 2.6 percent in a month and equaled 14.923 trillion tenge.

“In conclusion, the broad money value amounted to 19.847 trillion tenge, which is 1.6 percent more than in June and 4.6 percent less that in the beginning of the year,” the report said.
