Georgia exported 10,965 tons of ferroalloys to Turkey in January-August 2019, Trend reports referring to the Georgian National Statistics Office (Geostat).
During the reporting period, ferroalloys totaling $13.75 million were exported from Georgia to Turkey.
On an annualized basis, Georgia's export of ferroalloys to Turkey has decreased by 8,434 tons. Over the same period last year, 19,399 tons of ferroalloys totaling $23.77 million were exported from Georgia to Turkey.
During the reporting period, Turkey exported to Georgia 17,712 tons of metal structures. For 8 months of 2019, Turkey exported metal structures to Georgia worth $28.41 million.
In annual comparison, Turkey increased export of metal structures by 6,580 tons, or 1.59 times. Over the same period last year, 11,132 tons of metal structures were exported from Turkey to Georgia for a total of $20.32 million.
