B. Grimm Group interested in investing in Georgia’s energy sector

Thai company B. Grimm Group expressed interest in investing in the energy sector of Georgia and also in some other new investment projects, Trend reports citing the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.

Natia Turnava, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, met with the companyəs delegation. At the meeting, the B. Grimm Group emphasized its interest in investing in the Anaklia Special Economic Zone, the Georgian energy sector and other projects, in particular in projects in the field of hydropower and thermal power plants, as well as in wind and solar panel projects.

Hiroshi Uematsu, CEO of Phnom Penh SEZ Plc., the representative of the Japanese company Tomonius Co. Ltd., who is considering investing in Anaklia special economic zone as the investor and operator, also attended the meeting.

B.Grimm Group is a multinational conglomerate founded in 1878, based in Bangkok, Thailand. The large-scale conglomerate is active in healthcare, energy, building and industrial systems, real estate, e-commerce, and transport; with 22 percent annual growth in recent years.
