Azerbaijan sees growth in money supply

The Money Supply Rate (М2) in Azerbaijan made up $17.02 billion manat ($10.01 billion) as of late May 2020, which is 9.9 percent more compared to the same period of 2019, Trend reports referring to the statistical bulletin of Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).

According to the bank, the amount of Cash Money Supply (M0) increased by 10.5 percent to 9.01 billion manat ($5.3 billion), Broad Money Supply (M3) grew by 7.2 percent up to 26.6 billion manat ($15.6 billion), and Transaction money (M1) - by 14.5 percent, up to 14.8 billion manat ($8.7 billion).
