Total assets of Azerbaijani Access Bank increased by 7.8 percent from January through September 2020 compared to the same period of 2019, Trend reports citing the bank's financial report.
According to the report, total assets as of late September amounted to 902.1 million manat ($530.6 million), which is 65.6 million manat ($38.5 million) more compared to a year earlier.
Access Bank closed the first nine months with a profit of over 3.03 million manat ($1.78 million). Access Bank's revenues for the past nine months amounted to 79.2 million manat ($46.5 million), which is 17.4 percent less than a year earlier, and expenses - 75.6 million manat ($44.4 million), which is 7.4 percent less than a year earlier, deductions to special reserves – 513,000 manat ($301,764).
During the reporting period, Access Bank's liabilities increased by 10.2 percent and reached 805.7 million manat ($473.9 million). Meanwhile, the bank’s deposit portfolio dropped by 6.2 percent and amounted to 606.3 million manat ($356.6 million), and the balance capital increased by 3.5 percent and amounted to 96.3 million manat ($56.6 million).
