The largest number of transactions at the Toshkent Republican Stock Exchange in April was made with common shares of Kyzylkumtsent, amounting to 958, Trend reports with reference to the Toshkent Republican Stock Exchange.
According to the stock exchange review for April, the list of top of five enterprises with the largest number of transactions also included Quartz - 878, Uzbek Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange - 625, Hamkorbank - 482 and Uzpromstroybank - 445.
At the same time, the largest volume was again noted with the preferred shares of Kapitalbank for 9.9 billion soums ($937,767).
It is reported that the total market capitalization of companies increased by 1.5 percent.
April turned out to be profitable for five of the 10 most traded securities. In particular, the highest growth was shown by common shares of Kyzylkumtsent - up to 8,400 soums ($0.8), increasing by 36.2 percent. Common shares of the Uzbek Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange and Quartz rose by 28.2 percent and 26.2 percent, respectively.
At the same time, prices for common shares of Uzmetkombinat fell by 8.8 percent, Toshkentvino kombinati - by 34.1 percent, having lost in price 4,399 ($0.42) and 159,200 soums ($15.08), respectively.
In March, it was reported that most transactions were made with common shares of the Uzbek Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange – 867.
The highest growth in March was shown by common shares of Uzmetkombinat - up to 49,999 soums ($4.74), increasing by 31.5 percent. Common shares of Ipoteka Bank increased by 12.6 percent, Uzpromstroybank - by 6.6 percent.
