The revenues from customs duties to the Azerbaijani state budget increased by 31 percent in May 2021 compared to May 2020 and amounted to 92.7 million manat ($54.5 million), Trend reports on June 7 with reference to the Azerbaijani State Customs Committee.
The state budget revenues through the State Customs Committee in May amounted to 347.6 million manat ($204.5 million), decreasing by 0.17 percent compared to the same period of last year.
The state budget revenues from VAT decreased by nine percent compared to May 2020 up to 240.6 million manat ($141.5 million) while from excise taxes - increased by three percent up to 11 million manat ($6.5 million).
The revenues from road tax increased by five percent, amounting to 3.2 million manat ($1.9 million).
