The nominal income of the population of Azerbaijan increased by 0.6 percent from January through July 2021, compared to the same period of 2020, amounting to 32.3 billion manat ($19 billion), Trend reports citing the report of the State Statistical Committee.
At the same time, the nominal volume of GDP amounted to over 47.2 billion manat ($27.7 billion), having grown by 2.7 percent on annual basis, said the report.
During the reporting period, GDP in the non-oil sector reached 26.5 billion manat ($17.7 billion), which is 10.1 percent more compared to the same period of last year.
Reportedly, investments in fixed assets amounted to 7.06 billion manat, down 7 percent on annual basis.
The consumer price index (CPI) in Azerbaijan in the first 7 months of 2021 rose by 4.5 percent, including for food, beverages and tobacco products - by 5.1 percent, non-food products - by 4.1 percent, chargeable services to the population increased by 3.9 percent over the year.
