Russian Sovcombank,Gazprombank, Rosselkhozbank and Asia-Invest Bank will organize the first issue of bonds in Russian rubles of National Bank of Uzbekistan, Trend reports citing Uzbek media.
The corresponding agreement was signed by banks within the framework of the Uzbekistan Economic Reforms 2021, which takes place on September 29-30 in Tashkent.
Sovcombank is one of the leaders in organizing bonded loans in Russia. In 2020, the bank organized 112 placements (excluding five of its own issues), which is the best indicator on the Russian market.
Gazprombank is one of the largest multi-faceted financial institutions in Russia, providing a wide range of banking, financial, investment products and services to corporate and private customers, financial institutions, institutional and private investors.
Rosselkhozbank is a universal commercial bank that provides all types of banking services and occupies a leading position in financing the agro-industrial complex of Russia. The bank was established in 2000 to develop the national credit and financial system of the agro-industrial sector and rural areas of Russia.
In 1996, the first joint Uzbek-Russian bank, "Asia-Invest Bank", was established in Russia in accordance with the intergovernmental Agreement between Russia and Uzbekistan in order to further develop progressive forms of using national capital in the financial and banking sector.
