Value of Georgia's sovereign bonds down on London Stock Exchange

The value of Georgia's sovereign bonds on the London Stock Exchange fell by 0.96 percent over the past week to $96.5 with a yield of 3.65 percent, Trend reports, citing Galt & Taggart investment bank.

According to the bank, the value of Eurobonds of the Bank of Georgia increased by 0.02 percent over the week, the auction closed with a yield of 2.15 percent at the price of 105.46 points.

Transactions on Eurobonds of Georgia Capital closed at 101.03 points with a yield of 5.59 percent, during the week the price increased by 0.18 percent.

The value of Eurobonds of the Georgian Railway over the past week decreased by 1.07 percent to 96.53 points, the yield was 4.54 percent.

According to Galt & Taggart, the price of shares of Bank of Georgia on the London Stock Exchange increased by 8.97 percent over the week and amounted to 15.8 pounds per share. Transactions were made for the purchase and sale of 379,000 securities of the bank, while the price fluctuated in the range of 14.28-15.8 pounds per share.

TBC Bank shares increased in price by 10.65 percent to 16 pounds per share over the week. Transactions were made for the purchase and sale of 130,000 securities of the bank, while the price fluctuated in the range of 14.5-16.02 pounds per share.

The price of shares of Georgia Capital for the week decreased by 0.58 percent and amounted to 6.81 pounds per share. Transactions were made for the purchase and sale of 314,000 securities, while the price fluctuated in the range of 6.68-7.05 pounds.
