BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 30. The fees of ten Azerbaijani leading insurance companies (ICs) totaled 164.7 million manat ($96.9 million), or 92.39 percent of the overall volume of insurance fees in January through February 2022, Trend reports.
During the reporting period, PASHA Insurance topped the ranking in terms of insurance premiums with 40.69 percent. The company's fees for this period reached 72.5 million manat ($42.6 million).
PASHA Life with a total amount of fees worth 51.2 million manat, or $30.1 million (28.72 percent of all fees) ranked second, while Qala Insurance with 7.48 million manat, or $4.4 million (4.2 percent) took second place.
The total fees of all Azerbaijan’s insurance companies for January through February 2022 amounted to 178.3 million manat ($104.9 million).
The Central Bank of Azerbaijan unveiled the results of the activity of insurance companies for the reporting period.
