BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 27. Total liabilities of Azerbaijani AccessBank increased by 18.7 percent as of March 31, 2022 compared to the same period in 2021, Trend reports citing bank's balance sheet.

According to AccessBank, total liabilities increased by 140.9 million manat ($82.9 million) over the year - up to 893.1 million manat ($525.3 million).

Significant share (83.3 percent) in the structure of bank's liabilities was made by deposits, which grew by 21.3 percent over the year - up to 744.6 million manat ($438 million).

At the same time, share of legal entities’ deposits in the structure of bank's liabilities amounted to 18.3 percent. Deposits of legal entities grew by 16.4 percent over the year and amounted to 136.7 million manat ($80.4 million).

Share of deposits of individuals in the structure of AccessBank's liabilities amounted to 81.6 percent. Deposits of natural persons increased by 22.4 percent over the year - up to 607.9 million manat ($357.6 million).

Bank's liabilities to credit organizations and other financial institutions amounted to 98 million manat ($57.6 million), having increased by 6.5 percent over the year.

Bank's liabilities to Central Bank of Azerbijan Republic (CBAR) amounted to 6.3 million manat ($3.7 million), other liabilities - 22.1 million manat ($13 million), having increased by 38.9 percent over the year.

Share capital of AccessBank amounted to 258.7 million manat ($152.1 million) as of March 31, 2022, unchanged over the year.

Capital reserves of AccessBank amounted to 6.4 million manat ($3.7 million), having increased by 5.7 percent over the year.

AccessBank’s total capital amounted to 90.4 million manat ($53.1 million) in 1Q2022.
