BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 2. The International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) took the first place in the ranking of local banks in terms of total capital volume for the first quarter of 2022, Trend reports.
According to the IBA’s financial report, its total capital volume for the reporting period amounted to 1.3 billion manat ($760 million).
The second position in the ranking was taken by Pasha Bank with total capital volume of 589.2 million manat ($346.6 million).
Kapital Bank ranked third with total capital volume in the amount of 580.1 million manat ($341.2 million).
The total capital volume of the first three banks in 1Q2022 amounted to 2.53 billion manat ($1.5 billion), which is 52.03 percent of the total capital volume of all banks in Azerbaijan (4.8 billion manat or $2.8 billion).
