BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 25. By the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), bonds of CredAgro LLC Non-Banking Credit Organization (NBCO) with a total value of 500,000 manat ($294,117) were listed in the standard market segment on August 24, Trend reports citing BSE.
The bonds will be placed on the Baku Stock Exchange at a single price. The date of the auction will be announced to investors on the BSE website at least two business days before the start of the placement.
A total of 10,000 bonds with a par value of 100 manat ($58.82) each with a circulation period of 18 months and a yield of 11 percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is AzFinance Investment Company CJSC.
