BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 26. The Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) will hold an auction for the placement of bonds of CredAgro LLC Non-Banking Credit Organization (NBCO) on August 30, Trend reports citing the BSE.
A total of 10,000 bonds with a par value of 100 manat ($58.82) each with a circulation period of 18 months and a yield of 11 percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is AzFinance Investment Company CJSC.
By the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), bonds of CredAgro LLC NBCO worth 500,000 manat ($294,117) were listed in the standard market segment on August 24, 2022.
