BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 27. Iranian both state and private banks have issued loans worth less than 1 billion rials (about $23,800) each to 703,406 people, over the past 7 months (January 21 through August 22, 2022), without a guarantor, as was announced by Iran’s Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, Trend reports citing IRNA.
In the 10th month of the last Iranian year (December 22, 2021 through January 20, 2022), Iranian Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Ehsan Khandouzi made an order to issue loans worth less than 1 billion rials (about $23,800) to citizens in the country without a guarantor.
In total, Iranian banks issued 237 trillion rials (about $5.63 billion) worth of loans in the country without a guarantor over the mentioned 7 months.
