BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 3. The bonds of FINCA [Foundation for International Community Assistance] Azerbaijan non-banking credit organization (NBCO) with a total value of three million manat ($1.76 million) have been listed in the standard market segment by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), Trend reports via the BSE.
The bonds will be placed on the Baku Stock Exchange at a single price. The date of the auction will be announced to investors on the BSE website at least two business days before the start of the placement.
A total of 30,000 bonds with a par value of 100 manat ($58.74) each with a circulation period of 24 months and a yield of 12.5 percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is AzFinance Investment Company OJSC.
