BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 25. E-PUL Azerbaijani payment system together with Unibank has launched a system of issuing virtual VISA cards, director general of PAYSIS (the owner of the E-PUL payment system) Samir Nasibov told Trend.
According to him, using the virtual VISA card purchases in foreign online stores can be paid for, as well as money transfers within the country and abroad can be made.
"These virtual cards can be linked to Apple Pay and Google Pay," Nasibov said.
He added that the cards provide the ability to transfer funds to a card of any local and foreign bank, ability to pay bills for goods and services without additional fees, and other operations.
