Analysis of currency rate dynamics of Azerbaijani manat against euro in December 2022

BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 5. Azerbaijani manat weakened against the euro at the end of December compared to the beginning of the month, says Trend's analysis, based on the statistics of Azerbaijan's Central Bank.

As of December 30, 2022, the rate increased up to 1.8114 manat per euro.

According to the above currency rate dynamics, the largest increase in the rate was recorded on December 2 (up by 0.81 percent or 0.0143 manat compared to the previous day).

Moreover, following the dynamics of the change in the euro currency rate, it can be noted that, although on December 16 it almost reached a monthly maximum (1.8101), then a slight decline in the value of the euro against the manat followed. So, on December 19, the rate fell by 0.007 manat (0.39 percent) compared to the previous day, to 1.8031 manat per euro.

In the reporting month, the average rate was 1.799 manat per euro. The rate reached its maximum level on December 30 (1.8114 manat per euro), and the minimum - on December 1 (1.7745 manat per euro).
