BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 15. Azerbaijani "Falcon Finance" LLC non-bank credit organization (NBCO) plans to issue bonds in the amount of 700,000 manat ($411,760), Trend reports via the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

The issue is divided into 700 bonds with a par value of 1,000 manat ($590) per security, the circulation period is 12 months, coupon rate - 14 percent per annum, and coupon payments - every 30 days.

"Falcon Finance" NBCO received a license in 2013.

The turnover of securities on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) exceeded 14.9 billion manat ($8.7 billion) in 2022, which is two percent less than in the previous year.

The government securities amounted to 55.61 percent of the turnover or 8.31 billion manat ($4.8 billion).

The turnover of corporate securities on the stock increased by 93 percent compared to 2021 and amounted to 1.57 billion manat ($920 million), and the repurchase agreement (REPO) transactions on corporate securities - by 2,694 percent, reaching 101.4 million manat ($59.5 million).
