BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 11. The revenues of the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan amounted to 74.1 million manat ($43.5 million) in 2022, Trend reports with reference to the service.
This figure decreased by 22.9 percent compared to the preceding year.
According to the service, 84.3 percent of revenues, or 62.5 million manat ($36.7 million), were received from over-the-counter transactions with a decrease of 21.6 percent over the year.
The revenues of the service from exchange operations in the reporting period declined by 26 percent and amounted to 11.5 million manat ($6.7 million), while other incomes totaled 133,940 manat ($78,788).
Last year, the expenses of the civil service amounted to 65 million manat ($38.2 million). Salary expenses and state social insurance contributions grew by 12.3 percent to 22.2 million manat ($13 million).
At the same time, the cost of consumables amounted to 3.9 million manat ($2.2 million), depreciation expenses decreased by 0.4 percent to 2.6 million manat ($1.5 million), while other operational expenditures decreased by 23.6 percent to 36.2 million manat ($21.2 million).
In addition, over 115.4 million manat ($67.8 million) were transferred to the budget in 2022 through the State Service on Property Issues of Azerbaijan from the privatization of state property.
