Azercell Presents New PayCELL Service

Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / Azerbaijan's leading mobile operator Azercell JV, which has more than 2.8mln subscribers, presents a new service PayCELL, which will provide an opportunity to the subscribers to transfer units.

From October, 19 to December, 31 2007 daily quota for PayCELL SMS-requests is increased to 5, the Company reports.

1 SMS-request sent to 9200 - 0,04AZN (VAT excluded) for Azercell postpaid subscribers; 10 units for SimSim, Bizd?n Biz? and G?ncSim subscribers.

Units will be transferred onto the subscriber's balance if the expiry date of units is not elapsed. Expiry date of units will be prolonged for 5 days if it is shorter than 5 days; will not be changed if it is longer than 5 days.

Units will be transferred onto the subscriber's balance if the expiry date of units is elapsed. In this case units will be transferred and line will be opened for five days. In the following cases:

If the SMS-request format is wrong

If the subscriber sends additional SMS-request and exceeds daily quota

100/200 units or 0,40AZN/0,80 (VAT excluded) withdrawn from the balance of subscriber (the sender of units) will be returned and loaded back onto the subscriber's balance, but SMS-request fee will not be reimbursed.

If the subscriber (the receiver of units) has debt for usage of any service (Gizl?tCELL, GizliCELL, SIM-card replacement and etc.) the gift units will be transferred, but expiry date of units will not be changed.

Upon units transfer the subscribers - both the sender and reciever of units will get status report via SMS-notification.
