Azerbaijan, Baku, 28 June / Trend corr S. Babayeva/ The date of the 39th meeting of the Council of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC) and 13th meeting of the Coordination Informatics Council has been determined. The meetings will take place in Ashgabat on 24-25 September.
Previously it was planned to hold the meetings at the end of May, but they were postponed due to several organization issues.
According to the Ministry of Communications & IT, a ministerial delegation will participate in the meeting.
The agenda of the 39th meeting of the RCC council includes interaction in preparation for 24th UPS Congress, preparation for world assembly on telecommunication standardization, implementation of the decisions of the world assembly on informational society, exchange in providing universal services, introduction of new telecommunication services. Delegations from Azerbaijan, Russia, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other countries are expected to be in attendance.
